An important note from Dr. Dan Wallis:
Elevate Family, it has been quite a week for all of us. We are thinking about and praying for your family during this time.
We need to update you that we have TEMPORARILY paused NORMAL operations at Elevate. Does this mean we are closed? No. Does this mean we are business as usual? Also, no.
Chiropractic care is determined a CRITICAL BUSINESS, but (as of this moment) we are prohibited from performing ELECTIVE procedures.
What does that mean for you? If you are asymptomatic, wellness care, proactive/preventative care patients, we must temporarily pause your visits through April 14 to aid in stopping the spread of COVID-19 and flatten the curve, as directed by our Governor and the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
We are, however, able to care for patients when:
“…there is a risk that the patient’s condition will rapidly deteriorate if the surgery or procedure is not performed and there is a threat to life, or to an extremity or organ system, or of permanent dysfunction or disability.”
PLEASE call us if you believe you fall into this category, or if you would like to get adjusted but are unsure if you fall into this category. We are AVAILABLE from 9am – 4pm Monday through Thursday for phone calls. We will take your call, assess your case, and provide care in compliance with the Governor’s guidelines. If you are symptomatic with fever, cough, congestion, shortness of breath, or have recently traveled and are quarantined at home, Dr. Dan will be available for Telehealth services (click here for the Telehealth consent form) on Fridays to get on video with you and help you through. If you are sick of course, please contact your primary care provider first.
Again, this is TEMPORARY and changing daily. We will keep you posted. We WILL NOT abandon you during this time. We are here to LOVE and SERVE you through this challenging time.
